Welcome to your exquisite escape on Pewaukee Lake! This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for large families or two separate groups. The home features a primary suite and a guest house, ensuring privacy and comfort. With the layout, you will hardly hear your other group as there is minimal shared wall space. From time to time, you will hear the train go through and blow the horn. White noise machines are provided if you need it!
Main House:
Accommodates 4 guests with all the amenities you could need and more!
Primary Suite: Enjoy a restful night in the relaxing King-sized bed, complemented by a large luxury bathroom with heated floors and a rainfall shower.
Second Bedroom: A serene space with a comfortable Queen bed and a built-in desk, perfect for remote work.
Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home, designed for entertaining with high-end finishes, modern appliances, a large dining table and island with plenty of seating. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and serving ware.
Living Room: Unwind on the plush Pottery Barn sofa, sink into the leather swivel chair, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. French doors open onto a large deck where you can dine al fresco while taking in the beauty of Pewaukee Lake.

🏡The home does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.
🤫The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.

This is a very nice place with modern ammenities and great hang-out spaces for large groups. Walkable to the local strip with the beach and shops/restaurants.
Jason and Melissa were very friendly and responsive! The house was amazing, and clean when we showed up. Perfect location too.
When we were in need of a property in close proximity to our golf outing not only did this one being close but it had an ideal set up for our group. The property was a home run for our group we had no issues with anything, everything in the home was in great condition, instructions were easy to understand/follow, recommendations were great as we made it to a few local restaurants for food and drinks. Jason and Melissa also helped accommodate a logistical need we had at the beginning of our stay and were very responsive in adjusting the check in time which was very helpful. Grateful they opened their home to our group, we would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again!
